Based in the United States since 1999, Josip is the technical founder of Tech Resources, with over twenty years of experience in computer science with all size companies.
With a MS degree in EE, Josip is currently completing a PhD program in Computer Science. His areas of expertise include machine learning, AI, and corporate systems.
